Therapy that helps you grow, heal, and become the person you want to be.

About Me

Hi, I’m Laura.

I’m so happy you are here. First, I want you to know that you are not alone and there is a way out. Whether it is overcoming struggles at work or in the home, grief/loss, trauma, substance use disorders, life transitions, sexuality, etc., I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment to explore the areas of difficulty and help you find attainable goals to help you feel empowered and at peace with yourself.
Through my client centered approach, I will help you in your journey of figuring out how to cope and feel that there is hope again. Each person is unique and I recognize that we all have individual needs and preferences. We work together, identifying the necessary therapeutic approach.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and integrate a variety of evidence-based practices into my client-centered treatment. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I live in Nashville, Tennessee with my husband. When I’m not working, I love being outdoors, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with my dog Emmy Sue.
