I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I live in Nashville, Tennessee with my husband. When I’m not working, I love being outdoors, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with my dog Emmy Sue.
